Reservations and Payments
To confirm a reservation with Super Tour Machu Picchu, an advance deposit is required. The amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the tour departure date, according to the specific conditions of the selected program.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods authorized by Super Tour Machu Picchu.
A reservation will only be considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been received and an official confirmation has been issued by our company.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official customer service channels.
Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the tour departure date may be eligible for partial refunds, after deducting administrative fees and costs for services already contracted.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour departure date are non-refundable.
Refund percentages may vary depending on the type of tour, travel season, and the policies of the suppliers involved.
Non-Refundable Third-Party Services
Once a reservation has been confirmed, any purchases made on behalf of the traveler for third-party services will be considered non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Machu Picchu entrance tickets
- Inca Trail permits
- Train tickets
- Bus tickets
- Hotel reservations
- Third-party operated tourism services
These services are subject to the policies of each provider and cannot be modified or refunded once issued.
Reservation Modifications
Requests for date changes or itinerary modifications are subject to availability and the conditions established by the providers involved.
Any expenses resulting from rescheduling, name changes, ticket modifications, or contracted services must be covered by the client.
Force Majeure Cancellations
Super Tour Machu Picchu reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or protests
- Government restrictions
- Closure of routes or tourist attractions
- Public health emergencies
In such situations, reasonable alternatives will be explored to preserve the travel experience. If operating the service is not possible, rescheduling options or refunds of recoverable amounts will be evaluated.
Client Responsibility
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they are in suitable physical and health condition to participate in the booked tour.
Clients must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, physical limitations, or special dietary requirements that may affect their participation.
Passengers are also responsible for carrying all required travel documentation, including a valid passport, identification documents, visas, or permits when applicable.
Personal Equipment
Unless otherwise specified in the tour description, each passenger is responsible for bringing appropriate equipment for the activity booked, including suitable clothing, trekking footwear, sun protection, rain gear, and any other recommended items.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers:
- Personal accidents
- Medical expenses
- Emergency evacuation
- Trip cancellations
- Lost or delayed baggage
Super Tour Machu Picchu shall not be liable for expenses arising from situations normally covered by travel insurance policies.
Loss or Damage of Personal Belongings
Super Tour Machu Picchu is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of luggage, money, documents, electronic devices, or other personal belongings during tours or while using services provided by third parties.
Passenger Conduct
The safety and well-being of all participants are a priority.
Super Tour Machu Picchu reserves the right to deny or terminate the participation of any individual whose behavior:
- Endangers their own safety or that of others
- Disrupts the normal operation of the tour
- Involves aggressive, discriminatory, or illegal conduct
In such cases, no refund will be granted.
Protection Against Sexual Violence
Super Tour Machu Picchu maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, abuse, exploitation, or any form of sexual violence.
Any report will be handled confidentially and may result in the immediate suspension of services, in addition to any applicable legal actions.
Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including texts, photographs, videos, logos, designs, itineraries, and promotional materials, is the property of Super Tour Machu Picchu or its respective owners.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use of such content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cusco, Peru.
Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation, submitting a payment, or contracting any service offered by Super Tour Machu Picchu, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
