About this activity
The Inca Jungle Tour Machu Picchu 3 Days takes a shorter route without losing the variety that makes this trek different from the standard options. Landscapes shift between mountains, rivers, and tropical forests across the three days, nothing stays the same for long. Activities are built around action and scenery, all moving through changing terrain at a safe pace.
Mountain biking and trail walks pass through waterfalls and dense vegetation throughout the trek. Coffee plantations and rural communities come up along the way, giving direct contact with Andean culture and local life without feeling staged. Nights are spent in comfortable accommodations, a decent recovery after days that actually wear you out.
The trek closes with a guided visit to Machu Picchu, covering temples, terraces, and main pathways on the ground. The guide breaks down the history and significance of each section at a pace that lets it sink in. It wraps up with a solid understanding of the site and what it actually represents.

Lisandro took us around Machu Picchu on a private tour. We were just with 2 persons and him as the guide. Liked it very much, being private. Easier to listen to the things he tells us than being in a group. He told lots of information and knew all the right places for the perfect photo. Unfortunately not the best weather, but we had a great time!
