Tour Overview
The Peru Sand Dunes Huacachina Full Day will take us on a thrilling adventure through the Huacachina desert. We'll ride drift strollers over massive beach stacks and feel the wind and beach rush history. The desert will feel endless, with golden beaches differing from the bright blue sky. Every turn will offer new views and instigative adrenaline. We'll stop to try sandboarding down the steep stacks, laughing and taking prints along the way. We'll relax at the Huacachina oasis and enjoy the calm lagoon and desert vibes. Original catcalls and desert foliage will compass us, creating perfect spots for shots. We'll taste original pisco and learn about wines and piscos in the region. Before heading back, we will have free time to explore the small vill around the oasis. Shops and cafés will offer snacks, monuments, and original crafts to enjoy. We'll soak in the desert’s unique atmosphere, watching the sun shimmer across the stacks. Every moment will show the magic of this littoral desert. This full day adventure will also include a voluntary tour of the Ballestas islands from Paracas. We'll see sea lions, penguins, and other wildlife in their natural niche. The combination of desert, oasis, and ocean wildlife will make this day trip from Lima indelible. By the end, we will return to Lima feeling intoxicated and full of recollections.
We'll leave Lima and drive south toward Paracas, enjoying littoral views along the way. Our companion will explain the day’s adventure. Snacks and drinks stops will let us refresh before reaching the harborage. Formerly there, we will get ready for our first exertion.
We'll hop on a boat to explore the Ballestas Slands. We'll see sea lions lounging on jewels and Humboldt penguins in the water. The notorious Candelabra geoglyph will tower over the stacks as we pass in. Our companion will tell stories about the islands and wildlife.
After the boat trip, we will tromp along the Paracas walk. We'll snap prints, shop for original Pisco or monuments, and enjoy ocean views. The calm sand atmosphere will give us a chance to stretch and relax. Also we will drive toward Ica for our croft visit.
At the croft, we will travel to the wine and Pisco product installations. We'll learn how original grapes turn into wine, Pisco, and soddened drinks. A tasting session will let us test these succulent drinks. We'll watch live Afro- Peruvian music performances while enjoying the croft surroundings.
Next, we will arrive at the Huacachina oasis, girdled by beach stacks and winged trees. We'll ride drift strollers across the desert and feel the exhilaration of the beach. We'll try sandboarding down steep stacks and take plenty of prints. Free time will allow us to explore the oasis at our pace.
We'll finish the day with a quick stop at a Chincha winery for wine and Pisco tasting. Then, we will head back to Lima, reflecting on our desert and littoral adventure. We'll arrive relaxed, full of recollections, and ready to partake stories.
